Victoria Starr

                                                  is an experienced HR leader with over 18 years of experience in a vast array of industries. With experience as a department head and in consulting, she has a track record of establishing trusted HR partnerships.

She has provided consulting services that helped organizations create successful collaborative, inclusive and empathetic HR departments. Her specialties include implementing and establishing HRIS and creating SOPs in onboarding, off-boarding, required trainings, ACA compliance and employee classification compliance. Victoria has also proven to be a valuable asset in areas of streamlining payroll processes, assisting with complex employee relations issues and availing herself as a trusted resource in developing workplace culture and cultural impact. Her expertise has resulted in favorable lawsuit resolutions for those under her counsel – be they companies or individual employees.

Victoria holds a bachelors in Political Science from UC, San Diego, an MBA in HR Management from Ashford University, and a SHRM-SCP (Society for Human Resources Management, Senior Certified Professional) Certificate.
